A post about religion, government and dumbass motherfuckers… Don’t read if you don’t want to. Okay. Let’s start with the founding of this nation. We were founded based on religious freedom. Be that no religion, Christian, Jewish, Muslim… There is not supposed to be a specific religion in this country. There was also a specific separation of Church and State. For the past several years it’s been a big deal to deny me certain basic rights because I am a gay man and want to marry another man. The only reasons given to deny me these rights from the government are based on religious beliefs and scripture. I’m pretty sure this completely violates the separation of Church and State. The freedom that other Americans and even non-citizens living in this country receive are completely denied to me and other good law abiding citizens like myself. So my question is… How long do we as a people put up with this? How long do we allow our government to treat it’s own people like we are lesser just because we are not exactly like them. No one is exactly the same. Even identical twins have different personalities. This is a call to arms! start speaking out. This isn’t just about gay people either. It’s anyone who is different who feels that they’re not equal.
Next topic. THERE IS NO OFFICIAL LANGUAGE in the USA. To all the uneducated dumbfucks out there…stop telling people to ‘talk English! we’re in America.’ We are in the United States of America and we can speak any language we like. That’s a freedom we’re entitled to. Perhaps you should learn to speak proper English before you insult someone else’s first spoken language and gain a better understanding that English is one of the most confusing and difficult languages to learn.
